Whenever Junior is more fussy than normal its usually because I’ve slacked on his daily schedule. During this stage of development it is more important than ever to have structure in his day. At four months old the child is very much aware of their environment and more social than ever. This is an example of Juniors current daily schedule.

4 Month Old Schedule

• 7:00 Awake & feed
• 8:00 Nap
• 10:00 Awake , change clothes, play mat time
• 11:30 Nap
• 1:30 Awake, tummy time, free play
• 2:00 Feed, flash cards
• 3:00 Nap
• 5:00 Awake, plays with daddy
• 6:30 Feed and Bedtime routine (shower, pajamas, bed time story)
• 7:00 Bed
• 10:30 Dream feed
• 2:45  Dream feed
