Trying to lose weight, getter smother looking skin, or just feel better overall? Why not try a detox?
- This week try avoiding:
- Milk products (except ½ cup unsweetened yoghurt with acidophilus each day)
- Sugar, honey, maple syrup, artificial sweeteners
- Grains: wheat (bread, biscuits, cakes, pasta), rye, barley, oats, spelt and rice
- Dried fruit
- Fruit juice
2. Drink only water no juices or sodas
3. Exercise 1 hour daily
Not just light exercise. You must at least break a sweat!
Make sure to chew all food 10-12 times before swallowing
Record your weight before trying the detox and then on the seventh day leave a comment of your results! You can do it!
